Acceptance: Use of a membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.

Membership Card: The membership card is the property of AGS Retails (India) Ltd. and must be returned upon request. Membership cards are valid for the Membership Term as embossed on the membership card, which is two year after initial purchase date.

Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are valid throughout the year and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

Non-Transferable Benefits: The Card is non-transferrable to any other person. Benefits may be availed only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Store.

Modifications of Perks: We may cease and/or amend and/or change any benefits without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications.

AGS Retails (India) Ltd. reserves the right to refuse/cancel/terminate/withdraw the Privilege card at its own discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever. All benefits/privileges will cease to exist and we will not be liable to entertain/accept any claim pertaining to such refusal/cancellation/termination/withdrawal.

Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as first card.

The Perks:

# Discounts is calculated on the gross value of invoice before taxes. The discount shall be available irrespective of any other promotion and/or offer. The discount shall be available throughout the year except on days / period / seasons as decided and excluded by Management from time to time.

Additional Discount shall be calculated on gross value of invoice before taxes but after deduction of general discount as specified above.

# Priority Billing shall be provided to the privileged customer from a dedicated cash counter specified for privileged customer. However this shall be subject to availability of cashier in the store.

# Birthday & Anniversary Surprise – This is available only to the member to whom this offer was addressed and is valid for only that particular date. The validity cannot be extended in any circumstances. The Vouchers / gift card/ any other offer may be utilised any showroom of Cosmo Bazaar. Vouchers / gift card/ any other offer are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

# Extended exchange period of 30 days shall be applicable from the date of purchase of merchandize from Cosmo Bazaar. However the same will be governed by the standard exchange policy of Cosmo Bazaar and shall not be extended to merchandize that cannot be exchanged/returned as defined in the exchange policy.

# A Sales person shall be entrusted and tagged with the customer for hand free and assisted buying. However this is subject to availability of the sales person. The decision of management about the availability and tagging of any sale person for shall be final for all purpose.

# Alteration shall be done free of cost and in priority before general customers. However the standard alteration policy shall prevail for the same.
